Skinny, slim, athletic, curvaceous, voluptuous—embrace it and work it.
There is not a law stating what type of body shape we should have. If there genuinely was only one ‘ideal’ shape—a shape we all need to have—for every single woman—why does that so-called ‘ideal’ keep changing? Throughout history, it has kept changing. For example, the curvier ‘Marilyn Monroe-esque’ type body shape a few decades ago was deemed as the ‘ideal’. It will only keep continuing to change throughout the coming decades. FREE YOURSELF from this; it is all about health and happiness.
